The root website http://regexadvice.com/ throws an error message.  So does clicking on the Blogs tab.

Seems fine for me but I saw a similar issue that only affected me when I was logged in on aspadvice and armyadvice that we corrected by copying the permissions back over.  We'll do the same for regexadvice and hopefully that will fix it for you.  I'll re-post here when that's done.
